Standard Mileage Rates Increase for 2011

Congress Passes 2010 Tax Relief Act

The House of Representatives by a vote of 277-148 approved the Senate-passed Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010 (the 2010 Tax Relief Act). Thus, the 2010 Tax Relief Act is cleared for the President’s signature.

On December 15, the Senate by a vote of 81-19 approved the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010 (the 2010 Tax Relief Act). The House likely will consider the measure on Thursday, December 16, and is expected to approve it.
